Thanks guys, for these suggestions.I have not enabled proxy authorization in ms-proxy server also all windows clients can connect to Internet using proxy. Previously when I had MS proxy installed on windows 2000 server that time I had no problems in accessing internet from linux machines. So what can be the solutions.
