Please update your Phone Books, all telephone
numbers of MTNL Bombay will carry a dialing prefix of digit "2" as a part of
their system upgradation program, in effect from 00:00 10th Nov 2002 (IST) ie
18:30 9th Nov 2002 (GMT)
Mobile phone numbers and telephone numbers of
other telephone service providers will remain unaffected.
