i am stuck here in a rpc broadcast(udp) problem...i am unable to send rpc reuest to other linux m/cs on LAN thru my prog using clnt_broadcast(), when checked externally thru rpcinfo , i am getting response from other unix m/cs (solaris , unixware) but no other linux box is responding ....

if somebody can throw any light , pls help
