boot with the bootable Redhat cd...get into Rescue mode....then say
chroot /mnt/sysimage
 
cd /mnt/sysimage
vi /etc/grub.conf
 
  change the parameters for ur windows partitions.....n then say grub-install /dev/hda (hda  = primary master drive).....sync ur machine and reboot

try it out
