when a query for ftp comes to one PC can I redirest the query to another PC having a different IP address

for example if i ftp a PC having IP address 203.199.111.20 can the ftp be redirected to another PC having IP say 203.199.112.24.

If this can be done using IPtables  can I have the code for it
