Hi Tarun,
Now there seems to be a small issue here. I am unaware of who is formally handling the indian wing of GNU and on your advice, have been repeatedly mailing them from my informal and fomal mail ids but honestly, you (after handling GNU world over) respond faster than them. I am yet to hear from them. I suppose i have sent you the copies of the mails that i have sent to them too.
I dont know whom you have mailed. I saw a mail in the WG some time back saying that you would like to spread the ideology. Glad to know you are interested in spreading the ideology of Free Software. I apologise for not responding early. I was out of town and FSF India doesnt have any full timer yet.
If you are interested in working with some specific programs of FSF India I would like you to get in touch with Suraj with regards to Demo@School program. (Please see the note i've sent recently)
Amol has started working on Freedom Matters an online journal on Free Software. Contact if you are interested in writing.
DotGNU may be a good technical project in which you can work, as you are into the webservices technologies. I hope you are already in touch with Gopal regarding this.
