The person who coined that title should be nominated for the award of the "Most absurd (Absurdest?) title of a news story."
I totally agree here, and I would like to take the other extreme.
Unless handled delicately, IT could be the single largest contributor of poverty (and subsequent social disturbances) on this globe.
