hi all,
recently i had installed fc4 on my pc and had probs in opening totem movie player... it showed some "......ALSA........." error......
i then removed it and re-installed totem which resoved the issue.
any one having same probs with fc4 try this out.

Can you post the output of:
/sbin/lsmod /sbin/lspci
Never used totem. mplayer does a fine job of playing different movie file formats. You might want to check it out.
