FSF India domains are not available now. gnu.org.in has expired and NCST is taking a lot of time to reactivate domains. They are saying request is being processed. But not telling when it will be completed.

Till be domain comes back you may use the cc4.tifr.res.in for posting mails to FSF India list. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
