What I have in my mind is support for their IT Needs. Training and Technical Support/Services.
We need to know their Requirements.
This is tricky - obviously, we don't have the man power to provide them support and service. Even if we eventually might have that kind of strength, we can't promise we will be available anytime they need support, since people might have their day time jobs.
What we can do is tell them about alternatives, and why Free Software is relevant to NGOs, and of course the history and philosophy of the movement. We can possibly conduct intro sessions and demos. And help them with the learning. At the best, we can pass on our enthusiasm for Free Software :) But being on call in volunteer work is going to be hard for most people, I think.
