Hi free brothers (and sisters),
Like I said in my earlier email, I'm new to Bangalore and am looking to personally meet Free Software Users. As there's no event immediately coming up, I propose a casual meet over a weekend, open to any/all the free software enthusiasts. Please reply if you're interested so that we can proceed with fixing the date and venue.
It'd be good if you could give a talk about anything concerning free software. I shall promote Debian GNU/Linux. Is there anyone who is familiar with GNU/Hurd? I'd love to hear your experiences as I'm about to install Debian GNU/Hurd soon.
I'd also like to remind members to click on "Reply to all", as this community is all about sharing knowledge!
Cheers, Dominick (dominick AT irc.oftc.net)
