Router config page and linux

So there's a router separating the private network from the internet. I've got a Linux box (gort) and a Windows box (wintermutex) and others (all Windows, none important) on the private network. The router's a Linksys BEFSR81 (I think that's the model number) (8 port). It has a web-based password protected only-from-the-inside configuration. What is a Memory Barrier

Hi, Can anybody explain what is a memory barrier? I was scanning through some of the sample code of module implementation. In many places author has called a macro 'mb()'. Without any detail comments author has said 'a memeory barrier is required...'. I found that mb is defined as 'do{;} while(0)' ----- Shirish(a)antara.net

Promoting Linux

Hi Friends, A good news is that our central government is also taking deep interest in promoting Linux in all area. Government wants various agencies to give some feedback on the information related to Linux. They have sent a draft to NCST also.
