Accessing imac shares from GNU/Linux

Hi, I have an Apple imac machine. I want to access files and folders on that machine from my linux box (RedHat Linux 8.0). The iMac help says that files can be shared over the local network using AppleShare over TCP/IP. What must I do on the Linux box to view/modify etc these shared files? -- Ashok

hi, i have a phoneline network adapter. the exact device name is 3Com HomeConnect 10M PCI Phoneline Adapter. the link below will provide more details. http://www.3com.com/products/en_US/detail.jsp?tab=support&pathtype=support&… could you guys tell me if it is comptible or how can i configure it. i am using redhat 9.0 on a pentium 4 machine. also if any more details are needed please let me know. thanks rahul
