... "If Linux runs on every architecture, why should another operating
system be in its way? " ...
Cooperative Linux is the first working free and open source method for
optimally running Linux on Microsoft Windows natively. More generally,
Cooperative Linux (short-named coLinux) is a port of the Linux kernel that
allows it to run cooperatively alongside another operating system on a
single machine. For instance, it allows one to freely run Linux on Windows
2000/XP, without using a commercial PC virtualization software such as
VMware, in a way which is much more optimal than using any general purpose
PC virtualization software. In its current condition, it allows us to run
the KNOPPIX Japanese Edition on Windows (see Screenshots).

Dear Friends,
I remember that there was a discussion some months back -- something about wanting docs for RHCE.
Well I have a four PDF Docs on The Essential Command Line a.k.a The Linux Commands Primer by Mr N Deepak
( www.ndeepak.info). It is released under the GNU Free Documentation License.
The original docs were in a zipped text format. I copied them to The OpenOffice.org Writer and exported them to PDFs.
I am attaching them as the folowing four files-
1) 1-intro.pdf
2) 2-imp_cmds.pdf
3) 3-advanced
4) 4-vi-emacs.pdf
I am sure this will also be useful to all those who want to seriously master the command line & for RHCE preparations.
Please scan the files before downloading.I have scanned them before sending.
I do not know whether attachments are allowed in this mailing list here or not. But if I have blundered here then apologies in advance to the list moderator.
Hope everyone finds this useful.
Regards,
Suhas

PCQuest Linux 2004 is a new version of a Linux distro from the
publishers of PCQuest, a popular 15-year-old computer magazine published
in India. PCQuest distributed Slackware on CDs in 1996 and Red Hat in
1997. Later, PCQuest started making its own distribution, based on Red
Hat, now Fedora. The three CDs that make up the distro came with the
March 2004 issue of the magazine. I have been using the new distro for a
week now, with some interesting results
