Can anyone recommend a very straightforward php/mysql free support ticket system? did try osticket.com but without any documentation, its not serving any purpose. there is otrs.org but I dont want to install it without getting some opinions from the group. Cannot add user foo.foo in RH9.

Hi, Just learnt that I cannot add foo.foo user in RH9. Am I missing something. Whats wrong with a DOT in the userid ??<= BR> Could not understand why this limitation ?? Any turnarou= nds, or reasons why this is implemented. It was sure not there in 7.3= . Vai [3D"http:=]
