mutt problem

Hi all, I am using mutt first time , here on my pc i am tring to send a mail using following command ....... echo "test" | mutt -s "first mail" raj_linus(a)yahoo.com It is showing me message is send with out any error on terminal., still i can't able to recieve that mail. Where am i wrong ? Is there any log files details of mutt from where i can debug? Pls tell me ..... ?? With regards RL Yahoo! India Matrimony: Find your life partneronline.

Yes Mangesh, Here's a small explanation ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Add a line as shown below to /etc/mail/sendmail.mc file FEATURE(virtusertable) Run the macroprocessor on the sendmail.mc file....to recreate the sendmail.cf file Open /etc/mail/virtusertable and add the foll line @domain1.com $1(a)domain2.com mail addressed to anyuser(a)domain1.com is redirected to anyuser(a)domain2.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I hope that helps...! bye rgds biju __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Hi, Running vnc client is not an issue but the thing is do i need to have xserver for that... And can a linux machine be vnc server and windows machine be vnc server?? "As Long As You Can Carry On One More Moment , You'll Never Be Defeated" Amit Karia +919819851812

That is, you have the same server listed as a MX for both the domains.Ideally, you should provide users with mail-boxes. For example, I can callmy mail-box as "auh" and assign my email address "amol(a)hatwar.org" as an alias to it. So when it comes to changing all accounts from domain1.com to domain2.com you just have to redefine the aliases. I guess you can still do that now.And why run an elephant when a horse can do? Qmail and Postfix are better options anytime! Hi Amol These are 2 seperate machines with their DNS & MX configured on the respective machine and I have already configured sendmail for smtp-auth.

Hi I have two seperate domains running sendmail. I need to redirect all the mails coming to domain1.com to domain2.com. Both have similar usernames. Like I want that mail sent to mangesh(a)domain1.com shud go to mangesh(a)domain2.com. Regards Mangesh

How would vnc server work if i dont have xserver in linux box?? i jst have comand line interface in linux.. is that suffice?
