Sync and backup with latest modification time

Hi all, I liked the rsync utility for sync and backup in ubuntu. e.g. rsync -arH <source> <destination> would backup files in archive mode(-a), recursively(-r) and preserve hard links(-H). Using this, destination is modified based upon the filesize differences. How do I make rsync to take backup based on latest modified time, doesn't matter if destination file size is larger or smaller than the source file? Anyone have suggestion to use some other/better sync and backup utility than rsync? Any help would be appreciable. Thanks, Sagar Belure

What type of email we discuss in email list

I am trying to define following type of email which we discuss here 1) Troubleshooting -- Something do not work, Unable to do something, Query in FOSS world 2) Sharing FOSS - Good News - Good news about FOSS implementation in India, like if OpenStandard Policy adopt ODF .. or new FOSS lab installations , new LUGs 3) Sharing BAD FOSS news - Bad new for FOSS lover - INGOU goes for Adobe connect (it should have done icecast etc) 4) Announcement -- Event, broadcast message which usually type in every possible mailing list, job notification, servey etc 5) FOSS - Advocacy - discussion about FOSS Advocacy and how we can change govt policies , syllabus etc 6) Flame-Wars - un-ending discuss , debates .. efax: No alert for incoming fax

I am able to successfully send and receive faxes on my PC. But there is no indication of an incoming fax so there is no way to know a fax is coming, just by watching (while testing in same room) that other person is sending fax, and clicking "Answer the call" I receive fax. What that is not possible in real deployment. STANDBY MODE (automatic answering mode) is not working. I changed initialization params from Z &FE&D2S7=120 &C0 M1L0 to Z &FE&D2S7=120 &C0 M1L2 S11=55 but no success. Any help will be appreciated. -- H.S.Rai
