I wish to set pine configuration such that when ever I compose a new mail or reply to a mail, then it is should be automatically "BCC"ed to some predefined address.
What you are looking for is called FCC. Pine should have that support, havn't checked myself.
PS: I can also use .qmail files if needed.
That won't help :( dot-qmail works with incoming mail ...
Does Qmail distinguish between incoming and outgoing mail? Even if you submit via port 25?
Err ... let's try to walk this through. I open my MUA, and I compose an email. Now my MUA is configured to invoke a sendmail wrapper, or connect to some SMTP server, possibly on the same machine. Either way, once my MUA has spit out the mail, its on its way to the destination SMTP server. How and where do I use my .qmail, so that a copy of that email goes to some specified account?
If you assume root access, please state so.
Sameer.
