Maruti or M$. While 15 yrs is like 15 light yrs in the computing world, let's say we look in 3 yrs time and see where M$ will be (assuming that they continue their current behavior).
Maruti is where it is because of Government policy. Microsoft is where it is because of it's marketing and licensing. I wouldn't say that all Maruti cars are good (comparing to the competition) nor would I say that all MS software is good.
