With the fond hope that somebody who actually understands and *likes* technology at Tata will actually read this, and print this and show it to their boss, who will promptly assign it to the waste bin.
I think a polite constructive letter to Mr. Ratan Tata, pointing him to the low point reached by the great brand that once symbolised ethics and professionalism may help improve things in the near future. Sometimes the middle level managers do not present the right picture to the top bosses.
