hi all, i would like to switch to linux from windows. but i feel nervous as i have never installed linux for regular usage like playing games, surfing the internet, etc. a constant fear lurks in the mind what if it does not detect my hardware, how do i configure it for cable internet considering that my cable internet provider may not know how to install internet on any other os other than windows. please can someone clear some of my doubts and give me guidance. thanks and regards, kevin
