I was not facing any problem. I'm graphic designer bu profession and was trying my hands on Gimp. Thought, if there would a substitute for Flash also.
Unfortunately no, AFAIK there aren't any software packages that allow you to create flash movies in GNU.
You may try using wine with a little dated Macromedia Flash installation. It may just do the trick!
