Hello group, We were reading the mails of some enthu menz for some time, but all this gets cool down in 2 days. why?
[snip] dear malhar.... itz easy to be a fence sitter and comment abt how other pple act/dont act.
Only if u take pain to find out the amount of work the pple around u do unofficially without craving for ny limelight will u understand how the Free Software movement has moved at such a pace in and around the world.
I know of n number of such renowned personalities in the various mailing lists in India who r contribting heavily towards the Free Software movement in their small way.
So dear malhar....itz time to grab ur bags nd start by helping out.
I am not discouraging but want to start a small project i have in my mind. I did a part of it in my Software Enggrn. module here. and now would like to complete it. I know there are no takers for it as the concept is very very new.
[snip] I suggest Malhar...why don't u add this project to the list of wanna get done projects in the project list. Later on when the page goes up, letz c u may get lucky. I can't promise u tho that some 1 will pick it up for sure. But atleast we'll hav a forum for all the like minded young minds to meet nd work.
It is about Network Security.(XKMS) XKMS is not yet standardised and is proposed for standardisation by great MS. I belive the linux n/w is already more secure but would like to build security for n/w applications and the data transfer between n/w appltns.
[snip] ADD this project to the Project list being pased around asap......

There are no takers for this but for n/w security, many organisations/university are interested.(and will be forever)
anybody interested in doing such kinda projects can contact me at following address. Or if anybody has some new ideas, they too can post them but be fast.
I am interested in doing n/w related or n/w security projects.
We rather think over these projects little C-reiasly (not java-reiasly) and have a small meeting in mumbai.(may be bandstand..)
Thanking you
