I wonder, why are all these requirements so "URGENT"? I am on a few other mailing lists, and about half the posts say that the requirements are urgent.
While we're at it, what's up with the jobs where the requirement list is something like: "Java, JDBC, J2EE, C/C++, Perl, VB, Access, MySQL, MSSQL, C#, .NET..."?
