At least the Asus one had a fully loaded Linux with GUI.
I purchased this Asus EEEPC two months back from Croma, Vashi (17K) . This
laptop rocks. No issues till now. I just wish they had given a shell. I am trying to install Ubuntu on a USB pen drive and then use it on the laptop. The best thing I found is 3 USB ports and a VGA Output at higher resolution for projection.
