I think you missed my point. The form is for people applying for the scholarship. I am looking to contribute to the scholarship programme(either financial or time/expertise) to help deserving candidates.

Am not sure about how to contribute to this training program directly. But what I can suggest that, you can be part of "Individual Membership Program" which they introduced recently. This way you can Linux Foundation for their activities.
