I do not know if such a beast exists and even if it did, it would be hard to find it in the regular channels. Your best bet would be to scout the used computer stores (as well as the used computer parts street hawkers) in the Lam Rd. area.
You might have better luck in finding serial port adapters and use a serial mouse.
