my dear brothers, the issue was not of not being able to view linux partitions on windows, i just wanted to know how does one uninstall kubuntu. and for the record, to the person who said he does not see me using any of the gnu/linux versions, i am using ubuntu right now instead of kubuntu. i could have very well installed ubuntu over kubuntu, but i thought knowing how to uninstall it would add to little knowledge. anyways, thank u all for the help. i got it done. thanks again
