Hi JTD/KG and others,
So whats the clarification on using Foreign VoiP services? legal? illegal?
I believe one of you had made a clarification about this some time ago that as long as it does not terminate into a pstn line, it is legal.
But what if it is a foreign service such as lingo, vonage or even via yahoo?
