After thinking on what is wrong with this for more than 2 hours, I finally (just a co-incidence) started Kmail as Amish (which was already on) and Kmail as prasad, then the recognition happens instantaneously. So Kmail and evolution are not compactible when they send digitally signed messages.
Since you told that mutt recognised my signature (apart from that owners trust) so Kmail is compactible wth mutt but not with evolution.
The problem is with evolution ... its not about compatibility, just the way evolution handles digital signature. Instead of creating a single message with armoured signatures, it creates a multipart mime message with the text in one part and the signature in another. Other clients may not be able to read such messages correctly. One of the reasons why I recently stopped using evolution, by the way.
Try looking at the complete source of the messages created in KMail and Evolution ...
I want a little more infor about this revokation certificate, if I format and reinstall my OS then can I use this revocation certificate to get my private and public keys again? if not then how do I make sure that I can use the same private and public keys even when i format the PC.
Revocation is used to remove a public key from the server. If you intend to format your PC, say your entire .gpg directory somewhere safe and secure.
