Is there any other way. My work environment is mixed ( Windows + Fedora/CentOS + MacOS )
For Windows you can do NT Domain PDC (NT4) with Samba. Google search for "sambaldaptools"
Mac OS X integrates quite well with openldap.
The sambaldaptools is really helpful in managing Unix/Windows user environment.
