I am facing problem in setting up vsftpd.

I am able to connect to server using windos inbuilt ftp program, but filezilla and winscp fails to connect.
Then I turned OFF SELinux and IPtables to check if active/passive mode is creating problem. Still no luck.
Can someone help me resolve this?

Hi, I don't have much idea bout Vsftpd but i am using proftpd and every thing is working fine ..
