OpenLX is GNU-GPL Licensed and hence free for download, use, sharing, etc... The Media is sold at very reasonable prices (www.openlx.com/products.html) for those who chose to get it ready. Support is on paid basis, depending on what one wants. There is no per-seat / per-copy / per-user license.
