The fact is, Windows is perceived to be user friendly only because users are used to it. Windows is not an intuitive system, neither is GNU/Linux. The double-click is one of the least user-friendly interactions.

I agree..the biggest hurdle to adoption of GNU/Linux on the desktop is the "I dont want to relearn" factor...and this attitude mostly comes from the top in most organisations...
