Hi luggers, I Wanna know ways of detecting presence of java 2 plugin and its version before loading my applet. If user's browser does not conatin jva plugin he should be redirected to download it first. (applet should not load).
How can I do this? One of my firends told me I can use Object tag for this. But in Netscape on Linux how can I do this?
