[ILUG-BOM] A lower costing 64-bit PC to run Ubuntu!

Hi,

I've been mostly with laptops and AiOs till date, all failed prematurely (actually, soon after the warranty period). Environmental conditions in my area (highly corrosive air; as I live right next to a creek) lead to internals being damaged faster than expected.

Have decided to not waste a lot of money any more, would prefer to go for lower costing assembled desktops in the range of INR. 20 ~ 25 thousand.

I solicit suggestions and recommendations for a good hardware configuration.

Line of work is mostly Web software (primarily JavaScript), using multiple browsers (Firefox, Chrome) and SublimeText.

Prefer to use Ubuntu (latest available).
