over the weekend will draft some points for review by the grp.
can you take up the reponsibilty of framing the guidelines forselecting projects and scopes. you can do some mind work on that and post the guidelines that you come up with on the list. thereafter we can have a discussion on it and maybe improve the guidelines(peer review ;) ). what say? can u find some time for that??
