Sometime on Jan 24, Kinjal Sonpal assembled some asciibets to say:
concerned, as I said I'm not allowed to do much with the installation, mainly becoz of my employer's policy and their resistance to change.
We badly need the C++ compiler on a 2 yr old RHL 6.2 installation. And I have PCQ 7.1 and SuSE 7.1 CDs with me.
go to securityfocus, and make a list of security holes in RH 6.2. Give that to your employer and see if they decide to upgrade or not.
