totally agree... my right forefinger has a lot of pain from scrolling too much that i use the left hand for all mouse related stuff (read: which is not that much these days!)
You need to do a couple of simple excersies several times a day to prevent injury. 1 clench and open fingers a few times 2 cock wrist like a praying mantis and extend wrist up down and side to side 3 Face palm in front (as in "stop") and gently pull palm towards u with other hand.
several more for shoulder, neck, lower back elbows and knees - all highily prone to repetetive stress injuries while sitting doing nothing with em - but difficult to explain in words.
