Hi,
I encountered an error . root user can login through GUI in Centos 5.4. while normal user can't login thbrough GUI.
The errors i got are... XFS failed.while shutting down the system. But if i check the status of XFS ..XFS dead but pid is working.
XFS is the X Font Server.
- Open up a console (CNTRL + ALT + F1)
- Login in as root user
- service xfs restart
Item 3 will restart the X Font Server.
