If you can arrange DVD Reader then, You have choice .. You can buy Linux For You(LFY)'s Jily 2005 Issue. They have provided FC 4 DVD with it. You will also get Open source in Hindi Software CD. This CD include Open Office in hindi, Hindi fonts, Hindi text to Speech engine etc...
