Sometime Today, rb cobbled together some glyphs to say:
- Boot all users who don't populate their User pages within a day of
registering.
Why? This is daft. If a user doesn't have anything to say about himself, that's no reason to penalise him.
- One rule is any edit should be backed up in the Discussion page - comments
all edits have a summary field that you're supposed to update except for minor edits. discussion page is if you think the edit is doubtful or controvertial in nature.
