Any information on this would be great. I would like the RMS lecuture that was conducted on the 14th Feb 2003 at VJTI reach as many users as possible and thus to be able to download it from the internet I'm trying to get the size of the file to be fairly tiny at the same time not loose out too much on

My personal opinion is till we get a free encoding of the video done we should not distribute. My facility will be available only in March middle some time for doing this job. Meanwhile try to Kresit and IDC of IIT. Folks from iit could help here.
