As the article points out hot air or a nice scheme to milk the govt.
We dont have a fab to build devices that were phased out decades ago (10 uM). SCL the only microprocessor fab (SCL 6502 ) was sabotaged and the government went to sleep on it. It's products are a pathetic window on it's comatose state.
We dont need uc designs. We need a bloody fab - an asic fab.
