Do you mean monitoring or management?
Its monitoring + will be able to restart the device if required. And the devices will be only SNMP enabled 3G routers.
For monitoring, there is a whole bunch nagios, zabbix, opennms
I read about all three, which you mentioned above. Also NetXMS and Zenoss too. According to you which one will be the most suitable for my requirement ?
