XML (although I haven't used it under linux.. but should not be a problem )
Since when did parsing XML become lightweight ;)
I'm writing an C# w XML based app for a personal itch. So I am assuming he too doesn't want to spend too much time developing. Anyways are you telling me that using Access, other SQL DBs are going to be faster than XML for small files. java has classes that parse XML. But if he is gonna manually parse XML.. look for something else Gishu
