Hello everyone, i guess there has been a ton of flaming on the matter of mircokernels off late(most of it by me :-). There have also been ubiquitous wikipedia links all over the place about POSIX, microkernels etc etc etc. All of which led me to sit a give the entire microkernel concept an another look. The result being, i thought it best to cool down and get a fresh perspective on things :

Yes it's written by AST :-) and it is a VERY informative article and it DOES considers Linus' point of view as well.
