There is a Linux version of Flash Player. However, AFAIK, there is no substitute for Macromedia Flash (the creator).You might try crossoveroffice though. (Around $40, and cheaper than Win XP).
Wouldn't it be great if the complete Macromedia Studio MX ran on Linux?
