This link tells you what information your pc gives to the website. It shows the ip address which is quite normal, but it also gives an area map of where you are located within Mumbai using google maps.
I am not even on the map which displayed half of mumbai. It does not even show prabhadevi where the mtnl gateway is located.
How does it locate? it's called geoip afaik - a database of ips sorted by country and city and dont forget to draw a suitable large map.
