Sometime on Jun 26, TW cobbled together some glyphs to say:
The list guidelines seem fine. I very strongly feel it should encompass acceptance of FLOSS related dicussions too.
The guidelines don't need to state this. They clearly state that the poster should decide at his discretion whether something is on topic or off.
